Today, as founder and director of Deep Dish Research, I marvel that I make my living
doing what I love most: asking questions and having meaningful conversations.
Long before I’d even heard of qualitative research, my natural curiosity led me on a
fascinating career path, which has prepared me to go deeper in my work now.
As an actor, I studied storytelling, character development and human behavior.
As a therapist, I learned to listen, establish trust quickly and ask the right questions.
As an MBA, I studied marketing, product development and entrepreneurship.
As a strategic planner and brand strategist, I managed qualitative and quantitative
research, earned my moderator stripes and became a voice for the consumer.
In other words, I understand your business needs. I understand your customer’s needs.
